Only one structure visible and it could be a lighthouse. Maybe a search for old lighthouses would yield a clue.

I would be wary of the background in this picture, although the resolution of this picture makes it impossible to say for certain, it looks like it has been retouched.
To the left of the tower to the bow clear to the horizon, to the right of the tower and forward of the bow a heavy rain squall, bit of a coincidence? I suspect two or more ships has been removed from the picture.
It is also possible that your lighthouse is an artifact from possible water damage, note the bubble in the antenna cable, and the one between the two artifacts with the almost vertical dark area.
