Its all in how you say it :rotfl: Yes RUB 1.45 is included in the NYGM Tonnage War Mod.

What I was meaning, the mod cross over issues are the reason why NYGM did not just provide a pure NYGM only Mod and decided to have RUB as the base with additions to which we then added NYGM over the top of.

I probably did not clarify anything with that?
