My lady has cast iron. Not those wimpy little aluminum jobs with the non-stick coating.

Lol - I was gonna say, "that pan's not even cast iron, every lady knows if you have to hit a man with a pan you always use the cast iron one!"

Yea. I got a 13 stitch scar on my five head from a cast iron skillet!

It's a not so long story from Wife 2.0 times.

You would prefer the rolling pin?

You betcha! It doesn't take a lot of muscle to accelerate a cast iron skillet to terminal velocity once it's been moved from the resting state with the windmill maneuver.

Besides, you don't want to bend the Mirro ware.

The cast iron may be potent, but the non-stick is handy when you want to avoid the hair, blood, scalp tissue, gray matter, etc. from adhering to a perfectly serviceable pan...

Cast iron cleans easy. Just a little hot water, a Brillo pad and some elbow grease.

Can't use that on a non-stick.
Besides, organic matter won't stick if the iron is seasoned right.

Good lord, you have obviously given the matter some thought. Is this knowledge empirical and, if so, were you on the receiving end?...

"(S)he's a 'pounder' after all!" (slight misquote): Wellington(the Iron Duke?) of Napoleon Bonaparte at Waterloo 1815, observing the French massed Bronze artillery open up the battle. Talk about 'post traumatic pan syndrome' here!
