I can add nothing to this, but to quote this and say, YES! Me too.

Groups like the ones you mentioned succeed in pitting Americans against each other, be it race based or ideal based.

I attended one Klan rally that was held over court ordered busing for our schools. When they tried to plant their cross in a hole to burn it, they dropped it and it broke. That's when I left the morons there to face the wrath of the incoming army of police that I passed heading to the park as I drove home.
