Sure, I am surprised that we didn't see your mistake before

You should either use MCCD_1.04 (the regular version, not the one compatible with Mighty Fine Crew Mod) or even better, enable Mighty Fine Crew Mod before MCCD_1.04_MFCM_1.2.1_compatible.

One last remark: always read carefully release notes before enabling a mod. Instructions are there for a reason, and ignoring them leads often to more frustration and time waste than the short time required for informing oneself
