ETR3(SS) was correct. For it to work your desktop must be a different resolution than the window.

Here's a way of playing SH3 in windowed mode:
There are lots of programs like Infinite Screen lets you break the boundaries of a Windows screen. I'm sure this works with SH4 as well. |
