JSGME includes a very competent set of tools under the Tasks tab. It will save and reload a mod list. That's really nice if you ever play SH5, which has no megamods, so you may have 80-100 active mods. It will print out or save your mod list to a text file. And it will take a snapshot of your game files before activating mods and compare that snapshot to the current files, so you can tell when files have gotten corrupted. Well-designed, thoroughly useful software.
