6 Months in jail for 6 counts of rape with minors?

On one hand I totally agree with you - the outcome was totally skewed by gender.

On the other hand, at 17 the "boy" was likely sexually active already. Its that whole "how do you rape the willing" issue that bugs me on stuff like this.

Still, justice is supposed to be blind - and it sure wasn't this time!

I'd agree with you but females in the US are more sexually active than boys are. So the sex of the victim should not matter. Rape is rape is it not? But society seems to have a bias against males who rape females compared to females who rape males.

33% male and 34% female. So female have sex more often than males in school on average. So more girls have sex than boys. Why don't you try reading it again.
