If you have a nvidia graphic board make sure to have
1. set the game resolution different to the desktop resolution 2. set the monitor frequency to 60 not 59 Hz, double check that... report back, please |

I did this and I think I found the root of the problem. I'm running two monitors, one a 16:9 display at 1920x1080, and the other a 16:10 display at 1920x1200. When I set my 16:10 display to 1080, the game runs just fine.
