Gamefly version SH5 + hydrophone fix

Did it work out for you? I wanna buy SH5 but still not sure what's the best place for buying it online. Don't wanna buy a version that won't be able to patch/mod.

with the steam version of the game TDW's patch doesnt work ...
with digital download it's work

must be Digital download not steam with Digital download will work
