To end with the lock/follow target button, in fact it works in attack periscope but not in observation one...for some unknown reason.
As i said, it's not big deal for me, but maybe for some others... I'm surprised you (Sjizzle) didn't choose to use the IO strategic map for Magui... It's a nice mod, and running fine so far with my list for CSP Magui Interface.
