Do you guys have Projekt Messerwetzer installed?

I do now, but it hasn't done anything for the text problems.

I have SH2 with regia marina alfa tau mod + Projekt Messerwetzer but this problem is not solved

The graphics issue is a known and unresolved compatibility issue between some NVIDIA cards and changes made by Projekt Messerwetzer. I have an old desktop that has an NVIDIA GTS 210 that does the same thing, but a laptop with a GTS 360M, which runs it fine both stock and modded. From what I have seen, the problematic cards run SH2 fine in stock. Unfortunately, I have yet to discover a solution and you may be unable to mod up unless you have a backup rig or get another graphics card that doesn't choke on the code.
