Sorry, but Liz 2 isn't even in the top 20 list of richest women on the planet. I didn't dig deep enough, but she may not even be in the top 100. Her Poor Majesty is only number 11 on the list of richest royals, though she seems to be the richest woman on that list.

Even though British taxes have knocked her out of the Billionaire's Roster, JK Rowling is still literally "richer than the queen of England."
