I still have no card and could not test it - but EVERYBODY seems to say that what you suggest does not work, that the 10.1 Note by default does not move apps from internal to external memory card.

May I ask where you got your info? Do you suggest it by theoretic idea only, or do you have experience with the Note 10.1 and have done it like that?

Or are we talking about two different things that I am just not aware of?
