Mod Help plz

scrap that...i got the generic mod activated as stand alone mod, managed to send sober the msg lol but im still at a loss here as to why i cant get the NEWUI to work or show up so im on standdown until i can get this thing ready to go with the much appreciated and desperatly needed help from you guys ...

GEnts:

I am preparing a list of files I wish to run in SH5 v1.2. I had to send for a hard dvd copy of the game as the dl'ed version from Gamestop/Uplay would not allow patching to v1.2

The questions are:

can I and should I install and run Setup.exe ?
With NewUIs is Setup.exe even necessary?
Should NewUIs be last in order?
Can I install also RAOB ? and In what order?
Can I install Command Keys 1.03 and in what order?
