I went to court last summer as a witness for a neighbor, criminal court was very interesting. The judge was an old black man, very funny and overall lenient. However, one man got called up for masturbating in public, his second offense. The judge was like "Lord have mercy, a chronic masturbator" I almost felt sorry for the guy, he appeared homeless and mentally ill and entire courtroom was laughing. He got irate gave the judge the finger and told him to go "screw with an F himself", and got 30 days.

I recon being a chronic public masturbator might make it difficult for one to acquire gainful employment.Imagine explaining that one during an interview for a job bet he does not get a handshake at the end of the interview.

Sounds to me like the guy is cyclical anyway goes to jail gets out then does something to get back in.
