A new customized database [WinstonDB] has been released.

The Winston Database was developed to support creation of scenarios for the "2016 War" battleset. It contains a number of hypothetical platforms and weapons such as the AGM-84G HARM-Poon and AIM-120E AMRAAM.

With the consent of the author, the WinstonDB has incorporated data from the PlayersDB (Herman Hum, editor).

The WinstonDB is bundled together and distributed with the PlayersDB Library installer for ease of use and popularity.

I don't understand why in 2016 new AIM-120E AMRAAM version could be introduced if long awaited AIM-120D model has been fielded only recently. Besides AGM-84G Harpoon is semi-official name of modernized older AGM-84D missiles. Maybe author of this database thinks about Harpoon Block III upgrade program. It was officially canceled back in 2009 but it is highly possible US Navy Harpoon Block I missiles are now quietly converted to Block III standard under periodic maintenance program...
