CTD with sobers mega mod list

After finishing the first mission in the campaign my home port is reassigned to kiev(sp?) as indicated by the submarine icon. However when I attempt to enter the harbor to refuel and rearm on my way to blow up some English crates I get a CTD

Are there any known issues I should be aware of??? Also I will attempt to reenter the harbor tomorrow and save the debug log file it cleared out on me for some reason should have saved it =(

i mean Kiel .... not Kiev .... kiel it's a city in nord germany and Kiev it's in Ukraina
