My apologies...
For being so critical in regard to your first cable tech.
I just can't help myself after being a member of the US military where excuses don't fly very far. If you're ate up, you're ate up and it's up to the individual to square themselves away or face the consequences. Maybe that's what was wrong with that technician. He's faced no consequences for his actions or inactions in this case. Does it do him any good? Does he learn anything from his mistakes? Probably not. So he'll continue providing substandard service to his customers. The people who butter his bread. In two of my previous careers, lackadaisical performance on my part would equal possible death for my customers and their guests. Hospitals, schools, business offices, nursing homes etc etc It's made me less than forgiving of poor performance. Ah well, that's life I guess. It will be a pity when he learns the lesson and there's no butter for his bread. He'll be burnt toast. ![]() Not having my ducks in a row makes me quackers. ![]()
