Adding More Mods to current list?

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to check back in, not sure if i have an issue or perhaps i'm being picky?

My crew seem to be saying things at the wrong time e.g Im heading along at periscope depth and my crew will say "Shut down Diesel engines" or "Recharging the Batteries"
Now i normally get the "Shut down Diesel engines" just after diving and "Recharging the Batteries" just after surfacing, the crew are saying these at the right times but also at random times.

I have never noticed this before so i just wondered if i have done something wrong or could this be a bug?

Edit: I have also had two CTD's while using the map tools within an hour of each other, however this has not happened in the last few hours of game play.

I have never used SH5.exe patches to fix bugs and add functionality by TheDarkWraith is this something that would of perhaps helped with my mod list? and should i install it?
