Yes, after TMO and after RSRD and RSRD patch.

The radar mod brings the range down on enemy escorts in addition to angles mattering, your profile is slimmer ie your bow is pointed, at the vessel with radar, you are likely to remain undetected, I have been at 3100 yards of an enemy escort with radar and not been detected, which mimics the real life lackluster performance of most IJN radars of the time(various books by O Kane, Fluckey etc account getting inside convoys with radar equipped escorts, primarily due to them lacking PPI scopes, hard to tell what is what on the A scopes.

The visual sensors mod brings down their hawkeye, i had enemy escorts spotting me at 8,000 yards in daylight, bit much and were took hawkeyed at night, it gives you a more realistic play but still tough.

The sonar fix fixes the AB escorts(even though it says CD) sonar as the AB in RSRD had no active sonar, so no pinging, just passive sonar, which made them ineffective once you went deep, killed gameplay.

Don't use the bomb fix for zeros much as RSRD already does this, zeros scout and strafe, guess its not as essential as the others.
