It is an interesting read, not so well written, but a decent plot. Pretty much the efforts to start a race war, to overthrow the oppressive blacks, who persecuted them (alot of blacks searched their houses, and worked as thugs for the government)

If I remember correctly, it also started with a government attempt to seize guns.
