My first sub an S class had a gun but no upgrades were available. When I upgraded to the Salmon class there was no gun on the sub. The picture of the sub on the upgrade screen shows a gun on the sub but the box under the sub where the gun should be is empty. No upgrades for the gun are available. When I start my patrol there is no gun and the gun icon is grayed out. At first I thought that after I had finished a few patrols I would be able to upgrade, but no. Then I thought after I upgraded to a new sub I would get my gun back but just upgraded to a Tambor class and no gun, no upgrades available. I guess I will play this campaign until the next sub upgrade and see what happens
