The issue? It's quiete clear what the issue is. A request for a pay increase.
A perfectly just and reasonable request. What is also an issue is that some people think these are 'special snowflakes' who should maybe just put up and shut up and deal with the crappy minimum wage, or, if they don't like it, get a haircut and get a real job. So, there is 2 issues here i think. |
