V1.1 didn't satisfy me. I just uploaded v1.2, and it works much better. But please note- More Frequent Weather Changes v1.2 mod requires Run Silent, Run Deep Campaign v5.xx to work. It's a highly-recommended mod.

I don't use RDRSC...just TMO 2.5 with OTC and Traveller Mod

I guess it doesn't work without RSRDC?...really?

Correct. And don't forget Traveller mod 2.01 also requires RSRDC to work correctly.
