TMO 2.5: impossible to lock target in fog

No, actually a Sargo. I just think they were going too slow for sonar. I have had that happen on a few merchants. I checked on the sonar station myself to listen, although I am trying to play this career mostly avoiding using sonar other than what the crew can report when I ask for contacts reports.

Can't remember, but those two may not have a sonar sig to them being so small.
