That's strange, certainly isn't TMO. Can't remember for sure, but don't think OTC changes any scene dat or env values that would cause such. I don't recall that issue when I used OTC. I also don't think ISE changes any scene dat values regarding fog, nor have I heard anyone else complaining of this issue with either mod...The last time I heard of this problem was with Real Env Mod, but someone made a fix for it.

The one ISE extra mod for clouds and waves I suspect does make changes to the scene dat, but would have to check and see what values where changed. Still, seems someone would called this out.

Try disabling ISE mod for clouds and waves and see if that fixes it, if so, let caustic know.
