Change of base

I'm running TMO 2.5 and I'm currently in in a Tambor class.

I know bases are changed for different reasons. I started out in Manilla, then I was tranferred to Surabaya and then to Fremantle as the Phillipines and Dutch East Indies came under japanese occupation. But from Fremantle to Pearl Harbor? I checked the message log and I havn't recieved any kind of notification regarding a change of home port, which you would think would have been the case if it was something that's scripted
