I use Stormys DBSM for SOUND, and Winkelmanders DBSM for MUSIC.
Stormys DBSM 1.3 http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=164552 Winkelmanders DBSM 1.0.5 http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=163390 Stormys DBSM is great. Be aware that it changes the default keybindings when you install it. You can change the keybindings back manually and I can tell you how if there isn't already a thread on it. I never got to compare Winkelmanders DBSM Speech mod because it always caused a weird clicking noise for me. The DBSM Music is great.
