Arma 3 Alpha and developments

Your accuracy depends of the stance, but you can't rest weapons on objects.
The ACE mod has added this in both ArmA 1 and ArmA 2, would really like it to
be a stock feature in ArmA 3.

If you want a more realistic experience, you can always join one of the more serious
squads who play larger co-op missions in tightly organized manner, like "Shack Tactical".

Yeah I have the ACE mod for ARMA 2.I agree They really should implement some of those features into the base game.Even ACEs seems limited by the game engine(ARMA 1 and 2).I am sure that if they could the people that developed ACE would allow you to drop your rucksack and use it as a rest for your weapon.


@ Takeda one of the great features about ARMA is that you do not have to be a direct combatant you can play a support role like driving a supply truck or a transport helicopter to ferry around troops and supplies or man an artillery piece.

Actually, you can drop your rucksack and use it as a rest in ACE 2.
