when something gets stuck in a loop like that just save the game, close it, then restart, and reload the game, that will fix it.

sounds, crew on deck (or not), co2 issues, and a few other things like ghost ships are some of the game glitches that can show up but they all get fixed by a save and reload

Yea I hear ya.. But this doesn't seem to be a glitch..

I'm running TMO/OTC optics

I get the co2 glitch and the outside sound of terrible weather sometimes..

Every single time my bow tubes are destroyed, it repeats it over and over and over..

AND OVER, lol

hmmm well it might be a mod issue then, try the mod soup fix

Just make your own sound file and replace it like I did. I have a woman saying "you're such a stud, you're such a stud".
