Custom Scenarios for SH or SHCE?

It's been awhile since I've actually played the SHCE, but I believe that are maybe 10-15 custom missions that come with the game.

Cdrsubron7 is the author of numerous Custom Missions for SHCE that are very good.

Tom Martin's site is still up and he has some too:

Cdrsubron7 had a nice website that hosted all the missions he made, and all he could find including Tom's.

I have them archived - they are too precious to lose. I also have all of the Pacific Thunder Campaign special missions.

SHCE installs 60 historic missions, (2 of which are actually hypothetical).
