End mission: British Coastal Waters

Was supposed to sink 50.000 tonnes of enemy shipping, sunk 117.000 tonnes. Mission appears to be "done" in mission list ( I have hit M and looked for the mission desription, then hit ESC to see it appears finished ) however after going back to Kiel and clicked the anchor icon, i was only able to restock topredoes as "finish mission" option is not highlighted.

I am at the docking bay also, moved my boat as close to the bunker as i could yet I cannot finish the mission for some reason.

Anyone came across this problem before? the game is an original, registered disc, uplay is online also - what gives?

I read this post before I even finnished my first mission the British Coastal Waters. So when I had sunk over 50 000 tonnes I headed straight for Wilhelmstafen and low and behold there is my new sub base.

HOWEVER, I still dont have my little iron corss icon on the map for completeing it. AND in the main menu exit it says my mission is incomplete!

WHY?

I have already selected my new mission the "Northern Patrol routes" Looking forward to taking out a carrier!
