Hes referring to the problem he reported in 'No new posts Torpedo malfunctions in 1.03 official'
In the preenable state the torp pings. It is claimed also that in enable the torp loses ping and tracking ability. I havent been able to confirm this last claimed fault - it works fine in my new vanilla + 1.03.
