Why don't we call them what they are, potential Democrat voters and cheap labor.

I would have said that but, wanted to leave the parties out of this party.

Now that you've mentioned it...
We have complicity and duplicity going on. The Dems want these new voters.
The Republicans want the cheap labor.

It's convenient to both if they work together on this.

One word comes to mind...Douchebags

There are few Democrats with a pool hand or two. To them, they offer a job and upward mobility. For Republicans, they are getting off cheap.

I totally agree. I always laugh at the mostly conservative people that live in our richest hood, they complain about illegals, but they have no problem hiring them to do all the work around the house.

If I hire a murderer, employ him knowing he's a murderer, and don't turn him in?
I'm adding and abetting.

How does employing illegals work differently?

That's what's wrong with the whole idea of Law.

Ohh!! Wait!! I get it!! Since those We elect decide it's different!!
Not that ANY Law backs them up in this decision.

By inference, any Law those elected choose NOT to follow is OK.
And does not subject them to possible impeachment or prosecution under existing Laws.

Here in MD that have exercised the law and have arrested business owner who are employing illegals. The problem is the police are seen as heartless by some in the community. You know, the ones that did not vote for the law. Can't win either way.

The police are the ones caught between the proverbial rock and a hard place by enforcing the laws written by those who are elected to write them. Not everyone gets a vote on every law but they can have a say.
Speaking up after the fact is kind of Oblio wuldn't you say?

I don't know if you guys are aware of it or not, but in 1985 I found out that IF a person not of U.S. origin doesn't have a green card AND they work in the 'States and get caught doing so the fine was $10,000.oo and they would be deported AFTER the fine was paid.
I have no idea how much the fine is to the employer.

As for your illegals, call a spade a spade and throw their asses in the bucket until the 10 Grand is paid off and then because they are criminals chuck them out.
