[REQ] 3d Fluffy Clouds

Thanks Armistead. A small mod that comes close would be great. It's a shame there's no way a true "fluffed" up cloud could be developed with the current graphics engine.

@Armistead, what sort of boat is that in the last two pics? Reminds me a bit of an E-class.

PM me a list of your mods, probably be a week until I get home again and I've got a few other mods I'm making for others on the plate, but I'll cook you a few options up.
