So it basically means that when iI put the authors of the flags in credits i can use them.
Thanks for help, Im a bit confused and I didn't want to steal somebodys work so I always choose to ask.

Ducimus said a long time ago to go ahead and mod away with proper credits.

I tried to find the exact post I have in my mind but..............
