The milk that is being poured in the video I am familiar with.
But our Subsim research intern says that the can matches this:

I can see why they would have evaporated milk, just add 50% water and you have milk (but not very tasty milk).

Water is best left for the batteries and not powdered milk.

Condensed milk would be better for cakes.
