I've had no problems accessing a download of this utility from this page. The Mini Tweaker text files also have a download link on that page (scroll down).

The screenshots posted in this thread show how to change the settings for specific Tweak files. TT's current Mini Tweaker utility should have all the latest Tweak files installed in it. If not, do a search for particles.dat thread in this forum... that's where TT may have posted links for additional Tweaker files.

@NiKuTa: If you see very small flames underneath smoke cloud, that means that the fire is dying out and will disappear after a few more minutes..... or it could mean that there was only a small amount of oil to burn... it varies, so you never know what kind of fire will display... it could be small size or very big size...
