I lost all my grandparents a very long time ago but even to this day I still remember them with great love. Hope you will have the same remembrances.

Sounds kinda cliche, which I try to avoid, but he will live forever as long as he is loved, and remembered.

Maybe you learned some things from him, or he molded you in some way, in that way he lives forever through you.

I'm so sorry to hear of this. Our grand parents lived their lives in such a different time and every time we lose one we lose a great sum of stories and life.

Grandpa was laid to rest today, next to his parents and his daughter.

Ceremony was nice, relatives and closest friends were present.

One of his oldest friend from Sweden came all the way here to take part
and at my grandpa's grave he only whispered "Kamrat".

EDIT: Oh and my grandpa was in the bandy team that won the national championship
in '53 or '54, one of his old teammates attended.
