Interesting Ohio teacher discrimination claim

I think she has a legitimate case. It won't be long before she is plying the waters in cruise ships from the millions that will be awarded to her. Excellent!

If she can show that the phobia is real, and show that they did indeed promise her she wouldn't be put in that position, I don't see how she can lose.

At first, I was going to say BS to this, then I saw this:

ahhh, the truth comes out:

The backstory, as described by the Enquirer, goes as follows: Waltherr-Willard taught foreign languages in high school for many years. Several years ago, word got to her that her district was considering putting those classes online, a move that would have had an effect on her position.
Waltherr-Willard apparently spoke to parents about the district's decision to eliminate face-to-face French courses. Parents spoke out, and the district was not amused that one of its teachers was stirring the pot. Waltherr-Willard claims she was sent to teach at junior high as a kind of punishment for speaking out. She eventually resigned her position.

They should sue her behind for abusing the ADA. I'll bet when she's not at school, the phobia magically dissapears.

Then if we had real tort reform and the school could prove her phobia is BS, she'd get stuck with the bill.
