Good question...Also, I would to know if the campaign is "realistic", as RSRDC, or it is compatible with RSRDC. FOTRS v1.3 isn´t compatible with this mod.

I read there's a campaign layer similar as RSRD but not quite the same so I don't RSRD will be compatible with it.

Hi,

at the moment the campaign is not compatible cause the shipment is much more bigger !

I need help there !
It would be very nice when the makers of RSRDC will rewrite their campaign for the new FOTRS-Version.
Perhaps we will have a big team like GWX to create the best SH4-Mod ever.
Iam alone with the whole work and this took a long time.
Thats why FOTRS V2.0 is not ready yet.

Well...RSRDC was created by Lurker, a missed in action...

Only if we have authorization for touch the Lurker´s RSRDC files, we can do some nice campaign compatible with FOTRS.

I modified the campaign in FOTRS 1.3, adding new ships (mainly from SH3), for my own use.

It seems Mr. Stevens must tell us about the authorizations for a RSRDC modified campaign, in ausence of Lurker the author.

Isnt Neal stevens like chester nimitz on here cant he use his supreme allied commander orders and allow us to proceed in lurkers abscense maybe lurker didnt make it and is on eternal patrol.

I wish I could help but I'm no modder at all, wouldn't know where to start

If you have some "simple work anyone can do" I could give a hand or two, however you'll have to explain what you need done and how.

RSRDC can be modified, directly in the campaign.cfg files, with text editor. It needs check the ship types, and adjust the types according those present in FOTRS.

Plus, add new campaign files for the new ships.

It isn´t a difficult work. But loooong....There a re many entries in the RSRDC campaign files.

I made for my own use diverse modifications in FOTRS 1.3. For example, I have the TMO 25 interiors in FOTRS, with the 3D TDC and Nisgeis' stuff. Also, I added neutral merchant ships and a lot of traffic.

If Maddy like it, and Ducimus and the others modders authorize me, I can upload my modificactions.
