I have played perhaps 2 hours of the game. Over all interesting but as a player you are channeled to every directive required to continue on with the game. In other words, Fallout 3 provided a very open free roam game play area with numerous objectives to choose from. Not so much in Dishonored. Created by Bethesda I would have hoped the free roam would be much like Fallout 3. For me, I compare games such as Dishonored with Fallout 3. Fallout 3 is my most favorite game produced. Many games pale in comparison. I will continue on with the game and see where it takes me.

As a side note, I tried to play Assassins Creed. I simply could not get into the story line or game.

I got my daughter Skyrim for Christmas. This will be my next game to play. Once she is completed it.

Yeah, the whole mission setup made it feel way too game-y and not very organic. Go to the base, get a mission, go to a pre-set level with boundaries and walls, do your thing, then return. I didn't care for that at all.

I will say the art and the style of the game is neat. Kind of a steampunk, Victorian, mystical thing going on.

You'll love Skyrim. Beautiful world to wander around in, especially if you have it on PC and can slap some environmental mods on it.
