TMO and EAX Webster's Fix with RSRDC

I ran OTC with TMO 2.5, RSRDC amd EAX Webster's Maneuvering fix. It appears as though OTC has Webster's fix in it with the ships accelerating correctly or something like that. I ran the EAX mod and it seems to create a situation where the dials are all whited-out and the whole bottom of the screen looks like someone just put a bottle of whiteout to it. A whiteout like the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Does Webster's fix come with OTC? I ran this setup.
TMO 2.5
OTC for TMO 2.5
OTC 8 to 5 ratio
RSRDC
TheDarkWraith DC Disturbance
TMO ALT Engine Sounds
Patchman's Uber Navigation Charts
U-boat Killer AI mod
TGT AOB and DIALS to PK fix

LST TMO V2
TDW Ship plane fire damage

IN THAT ORDER

WHEN I ENABLE, EAX with Webster's fix, when I have TMO OTC and RSRDC enabled, IT DOES THAT WEIRD STUFF WHERE IT MESSES UP LIKE THAT!

What do I do?
