I'm stumped for a link but iirc this island has disappeared and reapeared once before.

The nightmare corpse-island of Sand'y…was built in measureless eons behind history by the vast, loathsome shapes that seeped down from the dark stars. There lay great C'thulhu and his hordes, hidden in green slimy vaults.

Hmmmm..............


Should we imply from that link that Platapus is a misnomer for Platypus so that we mere Humans don't exterminate the Dimension hopping creatures?
I mean they are just all wrong! Maybe even inbreds gone wonkie?
Is there a demand to be PC for those vile creatures that SEEM to make Islands appear and disappear on whim?

I know of a few I never spoke of even at the Lair.
There was a thread dedicated to them a while ago IIRC but I don't recall what was and what wasn't found....heck, some didn't find the sea forts.
