Traffic is reduced because stock has too much. If you were seeing targets every day, it would be like playing a kids game; not challanging at all. With RSRDC, you should keep in mind shipping patterns will be changing as the war progresses. It is entirely possible to not see any targets for 30 days, in a particular area. There are strategies to searching, and just running around at cruising speed will not provide the best chance of finding targets. |

It helps if you live near the ocean, and not adjacent to Lake Erie and Niagara Falls. Also, you have to load the game and activate it. Then, you may see some ships.
Then there is the fallback---the Maid of the Mist. |
