I hear ya. Last years "October surprise" put a lot of folks in the dark. Our governor is already threatening the utility companies if they're not ready for this.

My wife has been buying bags of candy every time she goes food shopping for the past couple months. I've probably gained 5-6 pounds. I gotta pawn off all this stuff to the little neighborhood monsters before I explode!
