Nothing better than a few pints at the Boelyn before heading to Upton Park for a pie and a match. Not done it in a few years but will have to sort it out next time I visit the outlaws.

I think the biggest followed foreign sport for a while was Kabaddi in the '90s.

Basketball, baseball, and (cough

) football do have a following but you'd be hard pressed to see someone wearing any fan kit in the UK or know who they are. Maybe in some cities they may have a greater presence, but not where I've lived.

LOL last time I was at Upton Park I watched the Hammers and Blackburn Rovers in a dour 0-0 draw. Still the pie wasn't bad.

The Hammers are currently in a health 8th position...not bad considering it's their first season back up.
