Well gap,
I have now two threads running and my first one has no replies for a longer time so it is obviously dead. But the problem I want to get rid of can`t be so difficult, so many bugs have been solved by the community. But you can be sure, if nobody has a tip for me I will fall silent - I promise you!

I hope, like you, that the issue on topic will be solved once and for all. Moreover, everyone here is well accepted and encouraged to express his ideas and to pose his questions, so please don't feel like having to fall silent.

What I am trying to explain, is that you should try to direct your voice to the proper recipient, so to distinguish it from the general hubbub, and to increase your probability of success. Using an example, dialing n times the same (wrong) phone number won't help you getting in touch with the person you are looking for.

In our case, the correct 'number' is the thread I have already suggested to you. Its OP is TheBeast, author of Equipment Upgrades Fix and probably the modder who know more in depth equipment related issue in SH5. If you decide to post there, please be patient enough to wait a few days for an answer by TheBeast or by someone else.
