is it at all possible to introduce new models into this game?

then all the models from sh4, like the los angeles, etc can be ported over then?

Inporting AI subs from SHIV is not that easy and, before you ask it, new playable submarines are no yet possible.

But, despite some technical limitations, there is already a good number of ships, guns, airplanes and environmental units ported from SHIII/IV to SH5.

You might want to have a look at these excellent mods: Open Horizons II and Mehr Traffic, Nationen und Schiffe

for a start you can have a look at this short post: it contains useful links to tools and threads that you should study intently before actually starting to inport any unit.

nah, I'm pretty sure that there is at least one person who definitely can do even the playable units
I might be wrong, ofc

It's just as I said in another thread - I don't believe SH5 yet deserves an 'easy win' button
